W-warm-up with dynamic warm-up before the WOD
S-FS 3×5 add 5# from the last training session
C-Run 3×1 mile repeats with full recovery in between. Rest enough to lower your heart rate to pre-run level
M-You know it! Same as previous with emphasis on another area also.
