SK-handstand practice 3 x 30 sec holds against wall, also practice free standing handstands with a spotter 3-5x for holds, use hollow rocks and Superman’s to develop positioning for overhead 2×10 each
C-21-15-9 of Push jerks 115/75, burpees
M-work that mobility focusing on the most limiting movement pattern, measure that patterns improvement since the start 37 days ago
