S-BS and SP 3×5 add 5# and 2-5# to previous workout loads(this should be getting harder)
WL-Clean pulls from the floor 5×3 @ 110% of your 1RM clean
C-1000m row buy in then 20-15-10 of KB swings 1.5/1pd and pull-ups for time
M-continue to focus on mobility limits
