W-dynamic warm-up before the WOD warm-up front rack position, wrist and hips
S-FS 3×5 add 5# from last training session
SK-practice the upright position on the rings for muscle-up supports, also practice the false grip with several pull-ups to the rings, use support of the floor or a box if needed, work on the ring dip and use leg support if needed but go through the movement
C-Run a 5k
M-work the most limited ranges
