W-dynamic mobility for the front rack, shoulders, wrist, hips and spine
S-FS 3×5 add 5# to the last training session load
SK-Muscle-up transitions – practice MU’s if you already have them 4×2, or ring dips, ring pull-ups or the lesser progression with bars, bands or supported dips if needed 4×5
C-Rowing intervals- 2 min rest between intervals, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m all out efforts (goal is to hold or maintain pace each interval)
M-continue on with mobility limits 1-2 regions
