S-BS & SP 3×5 add 5# and 2-5# respectively (if you have reached a load where you can no longer complete the rep/set count, go back to the previous load and complete at that weight)
WL-Hang power or squat snatch based on mobility limits and movement quality 5×2 @ 70-80%
C-8 min AMRAP of WB 15 reps 20/14, push-ups(hand release) 10 reps, OHS 5 reps 95/65
M-continue to work the limited movement patterns
