W-warm-up with dynamic mobility before the workout
S-FS 3×5 add 5# to the last training session load
C-4×10 of 20 weighted step ups (20″)(35-50# in each arm based on capacity) followed by 20 burpees. Rest to full recovery between sets but complete each set as fast as possible.
