Well, we are done with the 8 weeks of programming! At this point, if you have followed the model with discipline and progression as written, this week would serve as a de-load week and we want to lay off heavy loads this week, perform 2-3 met cons, work on skill and efficiency and then next week test your 1RM max for BS, FS, DL, SP and Clean. Our goal, increases! With all increase there is balance. Do your box programming this week, and then next week test! Give yourself adequate rest over the weekend to be ready for max efforts next week!
