Programming for Master’s WOD starts soon! This will be available to those who have registered on our site. The programming is a continuation of what we have posted in the past. It is designed to create a well rounded GPP athlete, not a games or competitive athlete. Even though, it is a great foundation for any masters athlete who wants to step up their game. Each week, we will focus on strength as the foundation and augment programming with power, speed, endurance and skill work. Mobility will also be focused on because if you can’t get into the right posture or joint ROM, you can’t use all that strength we’re building!
