I like the programming you have here so far. Very similar to what we do at our box. Establish a one rep max baseline and customizes the load for the athlete. Eliminates the argument about going RX or doing more weight then they should right out of the gate. We also recommend to our athletes a 3 on 1 off approach then 2 on one off. I can’t wait to attend one of your seminars.
