On June 9th, we will release masters programming for 8 weeks. It will combine a focus of strength training with conditioning. It will be programmed for the middle of the curve, meaning the broader masters population. If you’re a fire breather, you probably already have custom programming and if you are a newbie, you can scale. The principles are also solid so that an athlete could scale up on loads and movements in the workouts to better meet their training needs.
