Not sure is this is the proper forum for this question, but here goes! Any advice on coping with bilateral ‘tennis elbow’ pain? This has been an issue since September, with various responses to NSAID’s, stretches, rest, etc.. The pain subsides when I am active, unless I have to hold weight overhead for very long, ie. presses, OHS. Perhaps I am not doing the mobility stretches properly?? Didn’t know if you had any videos on this? Frustrating:/
