This screen is used to determine posterior chain mobility and score the athlete for mobility health. This screen along with the other 4, are general screens for mobility health that may require more detailed “fixes” to improve mobility.

    My results:

    1. 4
    2. 4
    3. 4
    4. 3 (hard to keep bar above feet due to shoulder stiffness)
    5. 3 (right shoulder not flexible enough to reach opposite shoulder blade)

I had a shoulder injury last year. It’s healed and strong now, but still stiff (right one). I tore a rotator cuff in my left one over 10 years ago, but I don’t seem to have any problems with that one now. It didn’t require surgery, and it healed after some rehab. I’m 47 now.
