If I can say one thing about mobility I can say this, it is the most important physical skill besides strength for the masters athlete or any athlete for that matter. Want to go to the next level of performance and functional improvement, get more mobility! It decreases with age and takes time to develop. Devote 6-12 weeks, yes that’s right, 6-12 weeks to whatever area of mobility deficiency that you are targeting to destroy! Have fun!
